High Season - December-March, June-September

A 50% deposit required at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
As a small business, cancellations greatly affect us, therefore, we require as much notice as possible. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation within 7 days of arrival date. If your reservation includes a Statutory Holiday (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, etc.) you will be charged full rate of those dates if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date.
Damages
Any damage to the property will be the sole responsibility of the party booking the reservation. A credit card number will be taken at time of booking for this purpose.
Pet Policy
We welcome well behaved pets in our guest house. Please note that pets cannot be left unattended in the suite at any time.
